Global West components built parts for 1964-66 Mustang since 1982. The term Negative Roll suspension was first used by Global West when it was introduced for vintage road racing with modified stock upper control arms. The upper mounting holes where lowered similar to the Shelby mode but slightly lower. The upper control arm length was changed and the ball joint angle was corrected. The camber curve was changed in order to neutralize positive camber gain and generate negative camber gain. The result is called Negative Roll. Today the arms are no longer sold in the stock configuration but in a tubular design. You can get the Negative roll system for the standard type suspension or a coilover kit. The new coilover kits have the greatest suspension travel of all on the market for 1964-66 Mustangs (9 – inches). A complete suspension package for the front and rear is available but it is also available as individual components. Rack and pinion and internal power steering boxes are also available.
