Since 1980 Global West components have been rocking the A-body world. Countless articles using Negative roll systems to G-plus (geometry kit) have been written showing the great improvements you can get with a simple bolt on kit.
Negative Roll is a geometry kit that uses a taller GM spindle and special length upper control arm that changes the camber curve of the front end so that the tire remains flatter on the pavement as the car goes through a turn. The result increases the corning ability of the car and increases the tire life.
G-Plus is also a geometry kit but uses the stock spindle. The angles are also changed in the control arms. G-Plus is far superior over the stock geometry because it also keeps the tire flatter on the pavement compared to stock. The derivability of the car is dramatically improved. G-Plus is widely used on the street and crosses over into the drag racing world.
TLC drag racing series control arms are also proven to be a great addition for the dedicated drag application. The tubular arms have increased caster built into them for straight-line stability. The caster we recommend is not obtainable with out using the upper TLC control arms. In addition to the kits and packages, separate front-end components are available including steering components, disc brake conversions, frame supports and racecar components.
