1978-88 Chevelle, El Camino, Monte Carlo, G-body

Several different suspension kits are available for 1978-88 G-body applications. Drag race, street including pro-touring, coilover kits, and road racing packages are available either by individual components or kits. All the components are a direct bolt on. No frame modifications are required. There are two tubular control arm geometry kits available. One uses the stock spindle called G-Plus and the other uses a tall spindle off of an F-body or B-body. The tall spindle conversion increases the brake size plus in conjunction with a special upper arm design changes the camber curve generating a negative camber gain. This is desirable for handling and road racing applications. The term Negative Roll system is applied. Additional components such as springs, shocks, sway bars, frame supports, rear tubular arms, and steering components are also available.
